1. General Information

Elite Book Reviews (“EBR”) provides digital services for authors and self-publishers, specifically promotion and verified reviews for Kindle eBooks. By purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Eligibility

Book Requirements
Clients must verify that their book meets the eligibility requirements before purchasing the service. In particular:

  • The book must have a Free Promo scheduled, or a Kindle price that is lowered on a specific launch date of the promotion.
  • Books exclusively on Kindle Unlimited are not promoted, as reviews are often not verified in those cases.

It is the client’s responsibility to confirm that their book can meet these requirements before ordering any review package.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds of Service
EBR services may be refunded within 15 days of purchase, only if a valid reason is provided. Once the client purchases a service, EBR begins a series of preparatory tasks for the client’s book, including allocating a dedicated promotion slot. Therefore, refunds can only be considered based on the feasibility of these pre-scheduled activities.

4. Review Publication Timing

Timing of Reviews
Reviews are published by Amazon within 1 to 4 weeks of the book promotion date. This timing depends on Amazon’s verification process. Reviews provided by our professional readers are verified and organic, and appear according to Amazon’s schedule.

5. Client Responsibilities

Check Requirements Before Purchase
Before purchasing any review package, clients must read the FAQs and information on the website to ensure their book qualifies for our promotions. Any mistakes or unmet requirements discovered after purchase are the client’s responsibility and may affect refund eligibility.

Guarantee of Purchased Reviews
Even if reviews do not appear immediately after promotion, the book will still receive all reviews purchased by the client.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Services)

Under European law (Directive 2011/83/EU, implemented in the Consumer Code), digital services purchased online normally include a 14-day withdrawal right.

However, this right does not apply if the client has given explicit consent for the service to start immediately and has agreed to waive the withdrawal right once execution has begun.

By purchasing services from EBR, the client expressly agrees that execution of the service begins immediately upon order confirmation and therefore waives the statutory withdrawal right.

Commercial Guarantee
EBR offers an additional commercial guarantee:

  • Clients may request a refund within 15 days of purchase, only with a valid reason (e.g., order errors, objective impossibility to deliver the service).

  • Refund requests are evaluated at EBR’s discretion.

  • Once the promotion has started (including scheduling or assignment to readers), no refund will be granted.

7. Amazon Algorithm and Review Compliance

EBR reviews are designed to be verified and organic, in line with Amazon guidelines. Verified reviews are essential for proper ranking and promotion of the book in Amazon’s algorithm. While EBR guarantees the delivery of verified reviews, achieving bestseller status depends on additional factors such as sales volume, BSR, and marketing strategy.

8. Limitation of Liability

EBR is not responsible for delays in review publication due to Amazon’s verification process or for outcomes related to book ranking and sales. Clients understand that results depend on multiple factors, including Amazon’s algorithm, marketing, and reader engagement.

9. Privacy Policy

All personal data is managed according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by UK law, in accordance with LP Business & Management Ltd registration. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
